Perth Perth

In this true colour swipe comparison, colours appear as close as they would naturally to the human eye. Urban areas appear grey to white, trees and grasslands as shades of green and yellow, and water bodies as dark blue to black. Perth has seen a very large residential expansion over the last 23 years. This includes development of the northern suburbs in the Wanneroo area, as well as significant growth in the south within Rockingham. Growth in commercial and industry sectors has also been quite high, as observed in the areas of Wangara, Malaga and Canning Vale. The Port of Freemantle can be seen reclaiming land and extending further out into the bay.
