Appendix V - Raster Product Specifications

1. Introduction

The contents of this appendix document the minimum quality level criterion the raster products derived from the NTMS 1:250 000 and 1:100 000 scale products must achieve before being released for public access.

2.1 Raster 250K - Premium
DPI: 200
Registered Points: minimum 12 points
Colour: 24 bit colour
Anti-aliasing: Required
Background: Transparent background
ECW Compression Ratio: 5
Geodetic Datum: GDA94
Geodetic Projection: GEODETIC (Geographic)

2.2 Raster 250K - Standard
DPI: 200
Registered Points: minimum 12 points
Colour: 24 bit colour
Anti-aliasing: Required
Background: Transparent background
ECW Compression Ratio: 20
Geodetic Datum: GDA94
